Gold Strike Casino Resort House Rules

1. All gaming patrons must be at least 21 years old to wager and/or be allowed in the gaming area—at the discretion of management, a valid, government-issued photo ID must be provided upon request. A valid, primary ID is considered to be any form of government-issued photo identification. Examples of official government-issued ID: driver’s license, government-issued identification card, government-issued passport, government-issued photo identification card, government-issued alien identification card with photo, Cherokee National tribal citizenship card with photo and government-issued military IDs. Military IDs shall not be photocopied; Therefore, an alternate form of primary ID must be provided for any transactions that require a copy of the patron’s ID.

2. Loitering and solicitation are strictly prohibited on Gold Strike premises.

3. Patrons are only allowed access to public areas of the Gold Strike property. All visitors must sign-in with security and receive a visitor badge to access restricted areas.

4. Pets are prohibited. Service animals are allowed. 

5. Persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while on Gold Strike property.

6. Shoes and shirt are required.

7. Outside food and/or drinks are prohibited.

8. Noisemakers, photographic equipment and/or sound recording equipment are prohibited.

9. Bags, backpacks, purses, overcoats and other items, which may conceal prohibited items, may be subject to search by Gold Strike personnel.

10. Weapons and/or illegal non-prescription drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited on Gold Strike premises.

11. All persons must vacate the premises when required by management and/or security.

12. Patrons may be limited to one gaming machine during peak business hours. Patrons may not reserve or hold machines.

13. All gaming tickets/vouchers are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date printed.

14. Two forms of valid identification are required for payouts over $1,999.99—one must be a state or federal government-issued photo ID. Player’s Tax Identification Number (i.e., Social Security number) is required for door prizes or drawings over $50.

15. Cash payout limits vary by facility—residual payments may be made by check to the winner. See Player Services for additional information.

16. The casino complies with Title 31 regulations—information regarding these requirements is available at Player Services. CNE reserves the right to require identification for any transaction—prize wins must be claimed by the person playing the gaming machine.

17. Gaming Patron Tort Claim forms and information are available at Player Services.

18. Patrons are responsible for notifying management immediately of any injury that occurs while on the premises.

19. No prize amount shall be paid in excess of the maximum advertised prize amount for the game played.

20. Gold Strike and its employees are not responsible for credits, lost or stolen game machine tickets, gaming machine cards, or other personal property items including vehicles left unattended on the casino
premises.

21. CNE reserves the right to exclude anyone or remove from the premises any person who violates House Rules, Game Rules, or any federal, state, local, or tribal law.

22. Gold Strike is committed to helping patrons with compulsive gaming tendencies. Standard Promotion Rules for CNE Properties

Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC (“CNE”), as owner and operator of the loyalty rewards club called One Star® Rewards, offers Gold Strike patrons an opportunity to join the club. Through enrolling in the club, Gold Strike patrons agree to (1) provide personal information to CNE for the purpose of enrolling them in the rewards club and making them eligible to participate in other offers made available by CNE; (2) receive marketing messages (text or email) from CNE; and (3) acknowledge and accept the terms of the Cherokee Nation Entertainment Privacy Statement (“Statement”) located at cherokeecasino.com/privacy-statement. A copy of the Statement may be requested from Player Services. As a One Star® Rewards member, patrons may participate in One Star® Rewards Promotions and the following rules apply to those promotions.

Members in Good Standing Agree to the Following if Participating in a One Star Rewards Promotion:

 
A. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate at Gold Strike Casino and Resort.
B. Must have a Loyalty Program Card and valid, government issued photo ID to claim prize. Valid, government issued photo IDs include and of the following: valid Driver’s License, valid State ID, valid Passport, Permanent Resident card (Green card), United States Visas, Tribal Identification cards with photos.
C. Offers and prizes are non-transferable and non-duplicative
D. Offers must be redeemed during the specified promotion period
E. Limit one offer per guest per promotion period
F. All decisions made by CNE management are final and binding
G. CNE is not responsible for lost or stolen offers
H. CNE management reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time and without notification

L. By participating members allow CNE the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation
M. By providing an email address and/or phone number, members authorize CNE to contact them with offers and information
N. Employees of CNE and its entities as well as employees of CNB, whose job duties require a gaming license, are not eligible for any marketing programs, promotions, or drawings. Vendors of CNE are not eligible to win promotions while actively working on the gaming floor or with the public on behalf of CNE. This includes, but is not limited to: Band members/staff, Showgirls, Announcers, etc. Marketing programs are ongoing direct marketed offers which are given based on specified criteria. These programs do not include an element of chance; if a guest meets the criteria specified for the program, they receive the associated offer. Promotions involve offers which are not entirely based on play. They often involve some element of chance, such as a drawing.
O. Immediate family member: Any family member who resides in the same household of an employee who is a supervisor or above in a department listed in “OP006 Employee Family Member Gaming & Promotions,” is not eligible for promotions or drawings which involve an element of chance unless a base prize is available; in which case they are eligible to receive the base prize only. Base Prizes are the minimum prize amount/offer given for tiered promotional offers in which every eligible guest receives at least the base prize; for some promotions this may include banquet services.
  1. Immediate family members are eligible for marketing programs in which they receive rewards/prizes that are based on play or are available to all Rewards members.
  2. An immediate family member includes a spouse, child or adopted child, step- child, child by legal guardianship, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, siblings (brothers, sisters, stepbrothers, stepsisters), parents (including step- parents, mothers-in-law, and fathers-in-law), grandparents, step- grandparents, grandchildren, and step-grandchildren. This also includes co- habitation or romantic relationships (significant others or dating relationships).
P. If Rewards Play is activated on a gaming machine at the time of expiration, the member may continue to use the Rewards Play on that machine. Once the card is removed and the Rewards Play is deactivated, the expired amount will no longer be available.
Q. Participating members are responsible for all applicable federal and state taxes, licenses, registration, and/or other fees, and complying with any applicable requirements of federal, state, or local laws.
